What route prisoners from Azovstal will take

More than 2,200 Ukrainian fighters are planning to surrender from “Azovstal” today. The commander of the Vostok battalion has revealed details of the route the prisoners will take.

“One of the conditions of surrender is not to take photos or videos. The exit point is ‘our’ tunnel, the exit time is soon.”

Oleksandr Khodakovsky noted that despite the difficulties and shortcomings of the beginning of the operation – the forces of the North Caucasus Military District defeated the enemy in a fair and persistent battle, having all the advantages both in numbers and defence.

“We won and turned the tide of the battle, in a city that, according to the plan of the AFU, was to become ‘the second Grozny’ for us,” Khodakovsky, battalion commander of the Vostok battalion.
