Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko has said that Russia and Ukraine negotiations have stopped.
“No, negotiations are not continuing. Ukraine has practically withdrawn from the negotiation process.”
He specified that negotiations are not taking place “in any form”.
At the same time, Ukraine earlier accused Russia of refusing to negotiate. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said:
“Russia shows no willingness to hold real and meaningful negotiations”.
