Russian army deminers have cleared a Ukrainian stronghold near the thermal power plant in Schastye, Luhansk People’s Republic.
During the retreat of Ukrainian troops, the territory of the thermal power plant and adjacent areas, including numerous fortifications, were mined with anti-tank and anti-personnel mines.
Russian sappers discovered a remote detonation system for mines in the former AFU positions in dugouts and defused dozens of tripwires and traps. Unexploded ordnance was destroyed on the spot.
