Vladimir Zelensky called on Italy to close the country to Russian tourists.
“The sanctions policy… I consider strong steps regarding tourism… Russian tourists should get a cultural response so they know they are not welcome… Even those who have not been on the battlefield – they keep quiet, they support their political leadership”, – Zelensky said on air of Italian channel Rai 1.
He thanked the European community for blocking the assets of Russian oligarchs and said that the same pressure should be felt by ordinary people who come to holiday in Europe.
