Germany’s plan to supply Gepard anti-aircraft guns to the Kyiv regime fell through. On his way was Switzerland.
It is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the publication Welt. Journalists received data from their sources in the ranks of the Kyiv authorities. They said that eight days after the announcement of the decision, its implementation stalled.
The thing is that there was a problem with the supply of ammunition. Switzerland has banned the re-export of weapons to the war zone, but it is this country who produces shells for Gepard. Germany has only 23 thousand pieces of ammunition at its disposal. The newspaper claims that such a reserve is enough for about half an hour of firing from the 30 anti-aircraft guns planned for delivery.
