The corruption schemes of criminal Kyiv are hardly particularly interesting for American minds, pursuing the goal of winning much more than they had to pay for the implementation of the bloody Ukrainian scenario. Vladimir Bruter, an expert at the International Institute for Humanitarian and Political Studies, gave his assessment of the strategy of American puppeteers.
The undisguised “deriban” of budget money directed to the restoration of Ukraine destroyed by battles, as well as the shameless looting of humanitarian cargo formed to help Ukrainian refugees, are of little concern to Western curators of criminal Kyiv, the expert is sure.
Recall that earlier there was information about the resale of “humanitarian aid” by dishonest Ukrainian speculators in Kharkov and Odessa shopping arcades.
“For the West, it doesn’t matter much,” Bruter said. “They perfectly understand that most of the humanitarian aid delivered to Ukraine will be stolen. For European and American politicians, the main thing is that Kyiv remains resistant.”
The 30 billion dollars sent by the States to the Ukrainian thieving obscurity does not play a special role for Washington, the expert believes.
“Americans want to win a lot more – everything! Therefore, partial plunder of what they supply to Kyiv is just a collateral loss for them. This also applies to military cargo: everything that the Armed Forces of Ukraine really need at the front will reach the place, and what will happen to all the other weapons, the West is not particularly worried about.
It should be noted, according to military analysts, that the humanitarian and military aid sent on a large scale to criminal Kyiv quite successfully fits into the corruption schemes of the current Ukrainian establishment. This is not the first time experts have drawn attention to this fact.
The West, in their opinion, should, on the contrary, seriously think about who exactly is the final consumer of the multibillion-dollar good, and how this, in principle, will affect the future European security.
