“Trojan trail”: another NATO exercise began in Romania

Another military exercise of the North Atlantic Alliance began in Romania. The maneuvers are called Trojan Footprint.

The exercises will take place on the territory of the country from May 2 to May 13. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Romania, the political magazine “PolitExpert” reports.

The maneuvers will be led by the US Special Operations Command in Europe. The exercises are held immediately not only in Romania, but also in Hungary, Bulgaria, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Estonia and Montenegro. It is attended by 700 Romanian soldiers.

The task of the maneuvers was called the development of tactics, techniques and procedures of a multi-domain type. Land, air and sea special forces will be used.
