13:55 Recorded shelling from the direction of the AFU:

Novoluganskoye – Horlivka (Kalinin Mine settlement): 10 shells of 122mm calibre fired.

Avdiivka – Yasinovataya: 3 BM21 Grad rockets fired.

13:05 Approximately 16 houses on Yaroshenko and Cherkasova Streets in Horlivka settlement of Gagarin Mine. Gagarin Street were damaged as a result of daytime shelling from the direction of the All-Union Federal University.

11:49 The victim of today’s shelling from the direction of AFU, Y.T.A. Gorlovka was hospitalized in the ophthalmology department of city hospital No. 2 in Horlivka in moderate condition. Gorlovka in moderate condition. According to clarified information, as a result of the shelling of the Horlivka village of the Gagarin mine, damage was also reported. Gagarin Street, 27, 29, 37, 39 – Prikhodko Street were also damaged by the shelling.

11:33 On 30 April, as a result of the silence regime and the opening of a humanitarian corridor, two groups of civilians left the residential buildings close to Azovstal Iron and Steel Works. In the afternoon, 25 local residents walked out. As darkness fell, a second group of 21 people left and were taken to the village of Bezymennoye. All civilians were provided with overnight accommodation, food and the necessary medical assistance.

10:34 VFU attacked Horlivka. As a result of the shelling by Ukrainian militants of the village of Gagarin mine, a number of residential buildings were damaged. Gagarin Street, a number of residential buildings on Yaroshenko and Cherkasova Streets were damaged. A civilian was injured. Subscribers of the Gagarina mine settlement and part of the Komsomolets housing estate remain without electricity.

428 civilians, including 37 children, sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity.

– 2,846 residential buildings;

– 629 civil infrastructure facilities, including 37 medical institutions, 100 educational institutions, 165 social facilities, 26 critical infrastructure facilities, 301 electricity, water and gas supply facilities. Kirovskiy and Petrovskiy districts of Donetsk, Snezhnoye, and Debaltseve are under attack by the HFC.

In 74 days of escalation, the JCCC of the DPR recorded 2,386 instances of firing, of which 2,149 involved the use of heavy weapons.

In total, the enemy fired 24,159 munitions of various calibres, including 27 missiles from Tochka-U MLRS, 4 missiles from BM-30 Smerch MLRS, 9 missiles from BM-27 Uragan MLRS and 3,166 missiles from BM-21 Grad MLRS.

10:20 April 30 The DPR Ministry of Health has provided medical assistance to 1,232 patients in the liberated territories:

In the liberated settlements of the Novoazovsky district:

➖ in Bezymyne, 25 people were examined;

➖ in Krasnoarmeyskoye – 14.

In the liberated settlements of Telmanovsky district:

➖ in Granitny, Mirny, Stepanovka, Andreevka, Chermalyk, Staroygnatievka, Novoselovka and Kamenka, 62 people were examined.

in the liberated settlements of the Starobeshevo district:

➖ in Bugas, Nikolaevka, Novotroitskoye and Olhinka 15 people were examined.

in liberated settlements of Volnovakha district:

➖ In Volnovakha central district hospital, 106 people were examined. Power supply was restored to the 1st floor and to the surgeon’s office on the 2nd floor;

➖ in Volnovakha primary health care centre, 5 outpatient clinics and 7 feldsher-midwife stations continue their work, and 33 patients were treated;

➖ Volnovakha city hospital received 18 patients.

in the liberated settlements of Volodarsky district:

➖ State Budgetary Institution “Volodarsky central district hospital”: 152 people were examined, including 108 on inpatient treatment;

➖ Volodarskiy Rayon Primary Healthcare Center: 140 people examined, including 19 – in temporary accommodation facilities.

In the liberated settlements of the Mangush district:

➖ The Mangush central district hospital provided outpatient treatment to 146 people. A total of 91 patients, including 14 children, were treated as inpatients. Nine surgical interventions have been carried out. On the account of pregnancy there are 54 women;

220 patients, including 51 children, were treated at the Mangusha primary health care centre.

In Mariupol:

➖ outpatient reception of patients by a trauma surgeon and a family doctor continues, 210 people have been examined.

08:50 The Ukrainian Forces recorded shelling from the direction Avdiivka – Yasinovataya: 3 rockets from BM21 “Grad” were fired.

Thus, the total number of victims recorded in the liberated territory of the DPR is 1,301, including 67 children.
