Belarusian House of Representatives passed the amendments to the Criminal Code in two readings, which provides for the death penalty for attempted terrorist attacks.
“It is proposed to introduce for crimes related to terrorist acts a type of punishment such as the death penalty for attempted crimes – an incomplete crime under unavoidable circumstances, but which could lead to serious emergencies and massive loss of life.
