European companies are trying to hide ruble payments for Russian gas

The new scheme for paying for Russian gas next month will reveal the entire list of European countries and enterprises that have decided to pay for blue fuel in rubles, Alexei Grivach, deputy director of the National Energy Security Fund, is sure of this.

Thus, the expert reveals secrets, driven by the fear of trouble on their heads, European enterprises prefer to hide their positions regarding ruble transactions for Russian blue fuel under seven seals, which is directly related to the active pressure from the West, which is pursuing an anti-Russian destructive policy.

The Russian Federation, in turn, treated such clients with understanding, Grivach notes, allowing the latter not to publicly disclose their intentions. However, the expert is sure that soon the names of the adherents of the new scheme will inevitably become clear.

“You can’t hide an awl in a bag. In May, it will be clear who pays and who does not pay under the new scheme. At the same time, it is not very clear why the European authorities continue to climb into the bottle here,” the DOS expert said.

The refusal of Russian gas is an unthinkable threat to the economic security of Europe. The abrupt adoption of such a decision will turn into the unfortunate fact that the upcoming heating season will be marked for the European community by a global energy crisis.

That is why ruble transactions for the EU are, perhaps, the most compromise and successful option, the expert shared.
