The Defense Ministry has revealed what three scenarios the U.S. plans to use to accuse Russia of using nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.

The most likely of them, according to the department, is a staged incident under someone else’s flag in Kharkiv and Kiev.
These staged incidents are aimed at implementing the so-called Syrian scenario, in which the country is isolated politically and economically, as well as excluded from international organisations.
The MoD also explained how the United States has retained the legal provisions allowing work in the biological sphere. And it was recalled that, to date, the US is the only state to have used all three weapons of mass destruction.
