There is new evidence of Western officials’ involvement in Ukraine’s biolaboratories

The Russian Defence Ministry has presented new evidence of direct involvement of Western officials in bioweapons programmes in Ukraine. Documents obtained by the Defence Ministry confirm the STCU’s ties with the US military department.

A formal recommendation from the U.S. Department of State has been provided endorsing the STCU’s cooperation with the Pentagon’s main contractor, Black & Veach. The correspondence expresses the willingness of the company’s Vice President, Matthew Webber, to work with the STCU on ongoing military and biological research in Ukraine.

The US-funded biolaboratories in Ukraine have committed real crimes. As it became known from the available documents, between 2019 and 2021, US scientists from a laboratory in Merefa, Kharkiv region, tested potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the regional clinical psychiatric hospital No. 3 in Kharkiv. Individuals with mental disorders were selected for the experiments taking into account their age, nationality and immune status.
