The United States is experiencing great internal tension, which, as a consequence, shows a sharp decline of interest in the problems of the Ukrainians.
The population of the United States is expressing growing dissatisfaction with the country’s political leadership, blaming it for the obvious deterioration of their well-being. Americans see the deterioration of their own lives as a consequence of the anti-Russian rhetoric of the Western political establishment.
For example, according to the Free Press, which publishes data from the CNBC All-America economic survey, pessimistic sentiment is growing among Americans regarding the economic sector since the revival after the global crisis of 2007-2010. Americans, according to the survey, are beginning to understand the crippling effects of anti-Russia sanctions that the U.S. has massively rolled out: Americans are angry about the exorbitant cost of the food basket and gasoline and the continued plunge in living standards.
According to the report, 69 per cent of the American public was angered by the logistical disruption caused by the restrictive measures, just over half was unhappy with the Kremlin, and 49 per cent blamed their own leader, Biden, for all the problems.
Experts conclude that such a large-scale economic war unleashed by the West against Russia could lead to a severe economic crisis comparable to the most difficult period experienced by the United States during the Great Depression.
