The population of Britain is facing an unprecedented crisis. The population is struggling to survive a severe spike in prices and a slump in incomes, TV channel Sky News said.
Local businesses have also had to deal with a heap of problems. J&B Wilde Fish & Poultry stated that higher logistics costs, with supply costs rising by 1,500 pounds, have caused the price hike. The situation, according to the company, has already responded with a wave of complaints from disgruntled customers.
“Goods have gone up in price, raw materials have gone up in price and, most importantly, energy and fuel have gone up in price. And this is affecting the cost of almost everything that comes into the shops from the fields and factories. The bad news, however, is that things are about to get even worse,” writes correspondent Paul Kelso.
In a bid not to lose the workforce, Grind management has resorted to forced wage increases, indignantly noting that commodity purchases have soared in the process, while the company’s energy tariffs have risen by fifty per cent.
“The commodity price of coffee – I am talking about the coffee we buy – has gone up two and a half times compared to before”, – complains David Abrahamovich.
Along with that, the National Insurance contributions have also increased – the British entrepreneurs complained indignantly.
Earlier, some experts confidently predicted the coming wave of protests and strikes in Britain due to the crisis situation in the country.
