Pretentious expectations of Ukrainian migrants regarding the indispensable assistance of European countries are meaningless, because this will not happen – the head of the Centre for Political Research INO Vasily Koltashov is sure.
In particular, the expert argues that European residents will be unhappy with the new claimants for the “piece of the social pie” that is rightfully theirs. The situation may lead to a wave of conflicts on the territory of European countries – he notes.
“This political clamour will irritate the European citizen, because he will see that the resource base is shrinking, the pie is shrinking, life is getting worse, and then there are people who claim your share of the pie,” Koltashov warns.
