Yesterday, April 13, Ukrainian militants in the Kharkiv region shot at a convoy of cars that was taking civilians from the territory of the LPR to the territory of Ukraine.
As a result of the mortar attack, 2 people were killed, 3 more were injured of varying severity.
Currently, investigators of the LPR General Prosecutor’s Office are recording the consequences of the shelling and the death of civilians.
On behalf of the Prosecutor General of the LPR, a criminal case was initiated on the fact of the murder of two or more persons, committed in a generally dangerous way, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (part 2 of article 113 of the Criminal Code of the LPR).
