A criminal case has been opened in the DPR against the Ukrainian citizen who starred in a video threatening massacres of Russians. This was reported today by the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic.
This is reported by DAN News Agency.
It was established that on April 1, Adrianna Kurilec-Kmetyuk starred in a video with the aim of carrying out calls for extremist activity – for murders motivated by ethnic hatred. The GP qualified the actions of the figurant on the grounds of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 325 (Public calls for extremist activities), Part 1 of Art. 328 (Inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) of the Criminal Code of the DPR.
In a video circulated online, Kurilets-Kmetyuk, dressed in a national Ukrainian costume, imitates the killing of a man in a vest with a sickle (based on the context – a Russian serviceman) and states, among other things: “You will all be killed.” The video has a clear resemblance to the videos of murders that are typical for the Islamic State terrorist organization (banned in the DPR).
