“Literally today it became known that a criminal case was initiated on the fact of video recording of the deployment of the troops of the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic, industrial bases, as well as other facts of importance. This fixation was made by means of video cameras for their subsequent transmission. Where – our law enforcement agencies are still figuring this out, but in principle, a certain picture can already be put together”.
