The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine brought down Volodymyr Zelensky’s arrogance after offering to exchange the detained head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life party Viktor Medvedchuk for Ukrainian prisoners of war.

“When we talk about Medvedchuk, in fact, it seems to me that it would be right to do two things: at least for him to give certain evidence, because he has a huge amount of information about who, to whom and how much he gave from the Russian Federation for creating a fifth column, to create a movement of collaborators. As a maximum, ideally, it would be now, if possible, of course, prosecutors should understand this more, hold the trial as quickly as possible, give it an appropriate term, knock out certain evidence from him, and after that exchange him,” said Vadim Denisenko, adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Denisenko added that, in his opinion, if it is possible to release Ukrainian prisoners, then it must be done.

“If Medvedchuk reveals the necessary data, this will be more than enough for us to move on and further we understand who owes what and to whom,” Denisenko stressed.

On Tuesday, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine announced the detention of Medvedchuk on behalf of Zelensky. Later, Zelensky offered Russia to exchange Medvedchuk for captured Ukrainians.
