“They don’t understand what they are getting into”: US mercenary urges fighters to give up their desire to fight in the ranks of the AFU

American volunteers, who wish to fight in Ukraine, are warned against sending to the land of “puppies”, focusing their attention on the serious problems they will have to face.

The Americans are warned against possible reckless decisions by a military instructor, Matt Gallagher, who has recently arrived from Lviv, Ukraine, where he trained Ukrainian fighters in urban warfare.

The mercenary warns the Americans about the professionally trained Russian army, while emphasising the mixed composition of the Ukrainian International Legion of Defence, which includes persons who are extremely unmindful of the military.

In addition, the former military legionary stresses that the foreign mercenaries are unlikely to receive the support that they have come to expect – both in terms of logistics and medical care.

“The NATO armed forces are spoiled”, – Gallagher concluded.

According to the Legionnaire, it is simply unacceptable to send fighters to Ukraine without significant experience.
