Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to investigate the circumstances of another explosion by Ukrainian security forces of a tanker with chemical substances in the town of Rubizhne.
This was reported on the agency’s Telegram channel.
“Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Ivanovich Bastrykin has instructed to investigate preparations for the explosion of chemical tanks to harm civilians in populated areas of the Luhansk People’s Republic”, – the statement said.
