The Russian Armed Forces have been opening humanitarian corridors in the Kharkiv and Mariupol directions every day since 10 a.m. Moscow time. Another additional route from Mariupol to Berdyansk is also being provided.
“A daily analysis of appeals from Ukrainian citizens shows that a significant part of the population forcibly detained by nationalists in Ukrainian cities is still seeking any possibility to evacuate to Russian territory”, – the report said.
According to the Defence Ministry, Ukrainian nationalists continue to hold hostage more than 6,300 foreign nationals from 13 countries as human shields. Additionally, 77 foreign vessels from 18 countries remain blocked in Ukrainian ports.
