Chinese professor Zhu Ying believes that the United States is now trying to return to the stage of the Cold War.

“This vote is a dangerous precedent because it means that an insufficiently studied resolution could be submitted to the UN, whose member states were also victims of political ideology, they were forced to take one side or another,” Zhu Ying said.
He warned that such an approach could lead to a split between the states. Such associations should create reliable alliances and ensure the solidarity of countries.
