Olaf Scholz, the German chancellor, is not ready to supply the Kiev regime with tanks. At the same time, he voiced such a decision a long time ago, but all the time he postpones its implementation.
This is reported by the publication Politico, reports TASS. It is worth noting that high-ranking officials of the FRG put pressure on the head of government in every possible way, but Scholz is in no hurry to transfer the equipment to Kiev.
German Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock are especially persistent in communicating with the Chancellor on this matter. They insist on the supply of about 100 tanks for the Kiev militants.
A source told Politico that the resolution of this situation should have happened this week, but Scholz is still in doubt. He may want to develop a common strategy for the supply of such weapons in coordination with the United States and European allies.
