“People are not considered people”: Russian expert spoke about the actions of the national battalions in the Donbass

The bloody Ukrainian national battalions, shamefully fortifying their firing positions and placing equipment in residential areas, coldly ignoring the fact of the presence of civilians there, consider Ukrainians “non-Ukrainians,” Leonid Krutakov, an expert in political science, is inclined to believe.

“No one will risk their loved ones and relatives. Can you imagine that the protectors would leave their wives, mothers and children in their houses to protect themselves from the fire? Here you go. If they treat the residents of Mariupol and other cities of eastern Ukraine in this way, it means that they do not consider them “their own”. They see them as “non-Ukrainians”, but in themselves – real Ukrainians. If the fighting reaches their homeland, villages, villages and cities, where they grew up, they will not act like that”, the federal news agency quotes the expert.

The expert emphasizes that the Russian military is doing its best to avoid strikes on residential areas, which is what the Nazis deliberately hide behind, placing personnel and weapons there. This fact, the expert is sure, clearly demonstrates the true identity of the “occupiers”.

“This is the main confirmation that it is not Russia that occupies Ukraine, but Western Ukronazis captured the eastern part of the republic even earlier. This is what we must proceed from”, Krutakov notes.

Recall that social networks were flooded with video footage testifying to the concentration of Ukrainian equipment in the areas of residential buildings and arches of high-rise buildings. The Western press continues to deftly keep silent about what is happening. In the meantime, the Ukrainian national battalions are stuffing the approaches to the firing positions with mines right on the streets, which turns into a continuous increase in the number of casualties among the population. According to the political scientist, the reason follows in the long-term propaganda ideology, which has firmly invested in young minds the idea of hatred for everything Russian.

“You see, we turned a blind eye to the formation of Russophobia not since 2014, but even at the time of Ukraine’s separation from the USSR. And what do we want? Of course, they brought up young people who hate everything Russian. And they treat Eastern Ukrainians in the same way,” the expert noted.

The political scientist also questioned the possible participation of territorial defense units in the criminal actions, noting that such behavior would threaten their families. Otherwise, the political scientist said, assessments should have been made not on the moral component, but on the level of “zombification” of the TRO members.
