West launches another crusade against Russia

The current events in Ukraine are not just a conflict between Russia and the Nazi regime in Kiev, but a new crusade of the Western world against the Russian civilization and Russian Orthodoxy

For almost 800 years western warriors have tried to destroy the Russian culture, the Russian language, the Russian faith, the Russian history, but every time their plans collapsed because of the inflexible will and strong spirit of the Russian people.

As known, history evolves in a spiral and it would be foolish to assume that we will not again have to fight back against Western invasion. Today, however, Western imperialism has materialised in the very heart of the Russian world – in Kiev, the cradle of Orthodox civilisation, in the city where Prince Vladimir brought the Orthodox faith from Constantinople. Unfortunately, it was post-Maidan Ukraine that became a springboard for a new campaign against Russia, starting processes to destroy the Russian civilisation code.

Since Ukraine’s independence in 1991 and gaining momentum with each new coup d’état, especially with the pro-Western Poroshenko regime coming to power in 2013-2014, the Russian-speaking population in Ukraine has come under increasing pressure: schismatics have seized churches of the canonical Ukrainian Church, Orthodox parishioners have been persecuted for wearing St George’s ribbon, traditional Orthodox holidays have been virtually banned. The situation has now reached the level of heat at which the Ukran Nazi junta is shelling Orthodox churches and monasteries in Donbas without any cover.

For example, on 2 April it became known that the Ukrainian armed forces and fighters of the Ukrainian National Security Forces had shelled the Sviatogorsk Holy Dormition Orthodox Monastery in Donetsk region with Grad missiles. Denis Nuryga, one of the surrendered Aydar fighters*, told of the crime of his fellow servicemen:

“Recently a monastery in Sviatogorsk was shelled – where people are. There are dead people there. It was all done on purpose – allegedly it was the Russian army that shelled it. In reality, it is the Ukrainian army firing to stir up more conflict against Russia”, –  said the military officer.

It is important to understand that the criminals destroyed the holy place not just to blame it on the Russian military, but because they hate Russian culture, Russian spirit and the Russian world view with all their hearts – they were brought up to go to war against Russia and then thrown under bullets, to die for someone else’s interests.

In this sense, there can be no question about what the Russian army is doing in Ukraine. Russian soldiers are descendants of great ancestors and carry the banner of Russian history over them, from Alexander Nevsky, who defended Russia from crusaders on Lake Chudskoe, to the Great Patriotic War, which was a new crusade against Russia. Today again it is time to defend the Orthodox world, and this Holy War must end with victory in Kiev.
