Special forces have captured Ukrainian nationalists involved in the torture of captive Russian servicemen in Ukraine. They are Ukrainian citizens Serhiy Velichko, nicknamed “Chilly”, and Konstantin Nemichev.
The Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Development of Civil Society, Public and Religious Associations Vladimir Shamanov announced this at the round table ‘World Traditional Religions against the Ideology of Nazism and Fascism in the XXI century’.
According to him, those who mocked the prisoners did not rejoice for long.
“Three days later our special forces captured these scum,” he said, specifying that he was referring to radicals from the fan group of the Kharkiv football club Metalist.
