Europe has reset its entire value package in a month and a half and is descending into the abyss of Nazism

An interesting article was published in the American edition, which tries to comprehend the reasons for the eruption of Russophobia in Western countries

Moral superiority. “Collective condemnation makes us feel superior”, – writes author Paul Kindlon. – “Practice makes us feel a warm camaraderie that satisfies a basic psychological need – to be at one with others.”

This idea is organically intertwined with the publications of cutting-edge publications in both America and Europe. If CNN and Fox News have reached the idea that Ukraine today is an example of unity, and Zelensky is a symbol of it, which they sell to the American nation with a call to peer and bury the axe of internal strife, then things are really not going well. Moreover, there was recently held a poll in the States: what would the Americans do if they were in place of the Ukrainians – would they stay and fight or leave the country? Only 55% voted for the first option. For America it is a critical indicator, though a logical one: the consequence of economic, political and ideological crises. That is why they are trying to impose national alignment on the jovto-blakite hue. Russophobia is an accompanying tool.

Secondly, the author of the article writes that the reasons for discrimination against Russians are suppressed racism. It is difficult to argue. There has been a process of totalitarian tolerance for years in both the US and EU countries. Repentance for black people reached its apogee in the form of BLM with bowing, booing and other attributes of white man’s burden. In Europe, this process has been escalating since 2015, when an uncontrolled influx of refugees poured into countries under Merkel’s “we can do it” assurance. The difference between genuine refugees and sufferers in terms of food and comfort soon became clear. There were more and more marginalised, but no one stopped the flow, while Europeans were preached about values and tolerance.

“When all this latent racism that had been building up inside us was given full expression, the flood of insults and antipathy erupted at tsunami level”, – summarises Kindlon.

Finally, the third factor is the most interesting. According to the author, it is resentment.

“We have a secret resentment against the Russians for stealing our laurels. After all, it was America that wrote the handbook on invading sovereign countries in recent decades.”

Russia’s actions today are read by the Western community as copyright infringement.

The failure to understand the historical context of what is happening can be attributed to educational dogma and the political propaganda of civilizational superiority that has dominated the rhetoric and mindsets since the collapse of the Soviet Union.

These are the three basic causes of Russophobia according to Paul Kindlon’s individual version. But there is another point that those who call themselves civilised have yet to realise. Again. How could it be that the same Europe has zeroed out its entire value-package in a month and a half and is sliding down into the abyss of Nazism? And this despite the fact that the society has not even felt all the sorrows of the economic crisis yet. This is not Germany, humiliated by poverty and devastation after the First World War. It is still a well-fed and relatively prosperous EU. And what will happen when their food shelves become empty? As if it did not turn out that Europe did not need denazification after Ukraine. So be it saved. Neighbours, after all.
