NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance has trained tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops. In addition, he provided them with everything necessary for the conduct of hostilities.
He stated this on the eve of the NATO summit, Izvestia reports. In addition, Stoltenberg spoke about additional assistance to the Kiev regime.
“I expect leaders to agree on additional assistance to Ukraine to protect against biological, chemical, nuclear and cyber threats,” he said.
He made such a statement against the backdrop of Russia’s warnings that Kyiv could be preparing provocations with chemical weapons. Apparently, NATO either wants to help in this, or once again expose the Russian army to such hypothetical attacks.
