Germany continues to “fight” with Russia and tighten its belts ever tighter. So, Focus magazine advised the residents of Germany to drink tap water, buy locally produced goods and follow discounts.
Such recommendations, according to the publication, should help the Germans survive the rise in prices in the European Union. All major retail chains in the country are raising the cost of groceries and essential goods.
So, the price of pasta (up to 40%), detergents (up to 20%), mineral water (more than 10%), dairy products (up to 5%), coffee (up to 10%), paper napkins (up to 15%) have already risen significantly. , toilet paper (up to 10%), rolls of paper towels (up to 20%) and sunflower oil (up to 100%).
It is worth noting that the European Union and the United States are to blame for this situation on the market. The jump in prices was the result of anti-Russian sanctions that they introduced against the backdrop of a special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. And if the temporary difficulties in Russia can at least be explained by the fact that they are trying to strike at it, then the EU is reaping the fruits of its own stupidity.
