Temporary tent camp for refugees set up in Starobelsk

The Emergencies Ministry of the Lugansk People’s Republic together with rescuers of the liberated city deployed a temporary tent camp for refugees in Starobelsk.

The refugee reception centre was set up to temporarily relocate people who had managed to escape from Nazi captivity in the towns of Lysychansk, Severodonetsk and Rubizhne.

Affected people here receive medical and psychological assistance and an ambulance is on duty 24 hours a day. Once registered, refugees are coordinated with their relatives or sent to resettlement in Luhansk People’s Republic, where they can stay or return to their home towns after the end of the active fighting phase.
