Several thousand representatives of the National Battalions remain in Mariupol, said the head of the DNR Denis Pushilin
“So far we can say that several thousand more representatives of the National Security Forces are concentrated there. Their main stronghold is the Azovstal plant. Unfortunately, we can’t say that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it will all be over and the city of Mariupol will be completely safe”, – Pushilin said.
The DPR head noted that the residents of Mariupol have no information about the existence of humanitarian corridors and their morale is terrible. Ukrofascists do not allow people to leave the city, covering them as a human shield.
Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitriy Peskov said that all humanitarian corridors, which had been established for the exit of civilians from Ukrainian cities, were functioning properly. The Russian armed forces are not blocking or hindering their work.
