The head of the National Defence Management Centre of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mizintsev, has said that Ukraine’s armed formations, including nationalist and foreign mercenaries, will be given the opportunity to leave Mariupol without weapons and ammunition on 21 March from 10am to 12pm
A “silence regime” is declared at the entrances to Mariupol city from 9:30 a.m.
“Organized exit from the city is organized in the following order. From 10 a.m. to 12 noon, all Ukrainian armed units and foreign mercenaries without any weapons or ammunition along the route agreed with Ukraine. From 12 noon, a simultaneous passage of humanitarian columns with food, medicines and basic necessities: from the eastern direction – a Russian humanitarian column, from the western direction – one formed by the Ukrainian side”, – said Mizintsev.
In addition, he noted that the humanitarian situation in Mariupol is terrible because of the lawlessness of the Kiev regime. Around 130,000 civilians and 184 foreign nationals from six countries remain hostages of the FATA, who are used as “human shields”. In the last three days, Russian liberators have managed to evacuate more than 59,000 civilians from Mariupol.
