The LPR has liberated more than 90% of the territory of the Republic. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to conduct a special military operation.
More than 90 percent of the republic’s territory has been liberated by a grouping of troops of the Luhansk People’s Republic, with fire support from the Russian Armed Forces. At present, units of the Lugansk People’s Republic are destroying scattered groups of nationalists on the southern outskirts of the liberated settlement of Rubizhne.
In the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue their successful offensive in the northern direction.
During the day, the settlements of Zolotaya Niva, Novodonetskoye, Novomayorskoye and Prechistovka were taken under control. Advancement per day was 16 kilometers.
In Mariupol, units of the Donetsk People’s Republic, with the support of the Russian Armed Forces, are squeezing the encirclement and fighting against the nationalists in the city center. During the night, aviation and air defense systems of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down six more Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the air, including one Bayraktar TB-2.
Operational-tactical, army and unmanned aircraft hit 81 military facilities of Ukraine. Among them: four installations of multiple launch rocket systems, three command posts, eight ammunition depots and 28 military equipment accumulation sites.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 183 unmanned aerial vehicles, 1,406 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 138 multiple rocket launchers, 535 field artillery pieces and mortars, as well as 1,197 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
