The Prosecutor General’s Office of Belarus announced that it had opened a case against the adviser to the head of Zelensky’s office, Alexei Arestovich, because of his public calls for terrorist attacks.
Arestovich is suspected of calling for a “rail war” in Belarus – to destroy railway facilities. He posted the corresponding video online.
The actions of the adviser to the head of the office of the Ukrainian president fall under Article 361 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic. It provides for up to 12 years in prison. The case was sent to the Investigative Committee.
