The prosecutor’s office of the DPR opened a criminal case against three commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the fact of launching a missile attack on Donetsk.
The investigation established that on March 14, at about 11:30 am, servicemen of the 19th missile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, following a criminal order:
▪️ Commander of the Joint Forces operation Lieutenant General Pavlyuk
▪️Commander of the Missile Forces and Artillery Lieutenant General Gorbylev
▪️Commander of the 19th Missile Brigade Colonel Yaroshevich
shelled the territory of the Voroshilovsky district of the city of Donetsk with a tactical missile system “Tochka-U”.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article – “a terrorist act that caused the deliberate infliction of death to a person” and “waging an aggressive war”, according to the Criminal Code of the DPR.
The result of the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the city of Donetsk using the tactical missile system “Tochka-U” with cluster charges was the death of 20 and wounding of 36 civilians.
