The attacks of the Russian Armed Forces are aimed exclusively at military infrastructure facilities where there are no civilians, Sergey Moiseev, chairman of the board of the Kharkiv regional organization “Rus Triedinaya”, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Let’s just say I saw a report that the Russian military destroyed a tram depot. But I want to say that from several sources the day before I personally received information that there are GRADs and other military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this tram depot, that there is no longer any tram depot, it does not work. Therefore, there are no depot employees there, and there are members of the National Battalion, the base of the National Battalion. The question arises: what was left for the Russian military to do in this situation? This is a military facility that was naturally destroyed,” Moiseev said.
Recall that on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine to protect people who “for eight years have been subjected to bullying, genocide by the Kiev regime.” The Ministry of Defense emphasized that Russia does not strike at the cities of Ukraine and focuses exclusively on the military structure of the country’s Armed Forces.
