Crimea says special operation must continue until its logical conclusion

The head of the Crimean parliamentary committee for people’s diplomacy and interethnic relations, Yuriy Hempel, also advised the Ukrainian president not to delay with Russia’s proposals to end the conflict

This includes those related to the recognition of Russian Crimea and the Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics.

“Russia has clear and understandable proposals. Zelensky, if he were a real president, should not delay in accepting them. I advise him and his team to accept all proposals from the Russian Federation, stop terrorizing the local population of Ukraine and immediately lay down arms, recognize the Russian status of Crimea and the independence of the Donbass republics, get busy rebuilding the country’s economy and destroy the neo-fascist sentiments they have fostered over the years”, – Hempel told RIA Novosti.

At the same time, he believes that a dialogue with Zelensky is hardly possible and all his words and promises are not worth a penny.

Hempel stressed that all conversations and exhortations with Zelensky will not bring any real results. The politician believes that the special operation must continue until its logical conclusion.
