– Territorial defense battalions in Ukraine are holding more than 4.5 million citizens hostage as human shields;
– out of ten humanitarian corridors proposed to Ukraine, Kyiv confirmed only one – from Sumy. According to it, 723 people were evacuated to Poltava;
– representatives of the Kiev authorities and mayors of cities received instructions to prevent people from leaving for the Russian Federation. All attempts are brutally suppressed by the nationalists;
– more than 2 million citizens of Ukraine and foreigners turned to Russia with a request for evacuation. The Russian Federation cannot transfer their database to the UN, fearing that it will fall into the hands of nationalists;
– Russia, without the participation of Kyiv, evacuated over 5 thousand people from the dangerous zones of the DPR, LPR and Ukraine;
– Ukrainian border guards demand bribes from evacuees from $1.5 thousand to $5 thousand;
– checkpoints in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova and Romania turned out to be practically not ready to receive evacuees;
– 946 tons of humanitarian cargo was delivered to Ukraine.
