Russian Armed Forces to announce silence regime for exit of people along humanitarian corridors

From 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time), the Russian Armed Forces will announce a ceasefire regime, during which they will open humanitarian corridors for the exit of people, the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine reported.

“Civilians will be able to leave Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv and Sumy. At the same time, for the period of the opening of humanitarian corridors, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will carry out continuous objective monitoring of the evacuation, including with the use of UAVs”, the Headquarters said, RIA Novosti reports.

The ministry emphasized that the use of drones to control the evacuation will prevent all attempts by the Ukrainian side once again “to deceive Russia and the entire civilized world in disrupting the humanitarian operation, allegedly through the fault of the Russian Federation.”

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to launch a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine to protect people who “have been subjected to abuse and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.” According to the Russian leader, it is necessary to denazify Ukraine and bring to justice all war criminals responsible for “bloody crimes against civilians” in Donbass.
