Mass rallies in support of Russia, the Russian people and the Russian liberation operation in Ukraine have been taking place in Serbia and Montenegro since late February.
It all started with Vladimir Putin’s speech on the recognition of the LDPR, which many Serbs watched online. And in terms of viewing ratings, Putin’s speech was as good as a top sporting match in Serbia.
And now, with Russia’s liberation operation in Ukraine under way, Serbs are not standing aside, showing solidarity with the Russians.
After February 27, mass actions in support of Russia in Serbia and Montenegro did not stop. On Montenegrin soil they are organised by social activists who consider themselves Serbs.
