Russian gas for transit through Ukraine supplied normally

Gazprom says it is supplying gas for transit through Ukraine in normal mode, in accordance with requests

“Gazprom is supplying Russian gas for transit through Ukraine in the normal mode, in accordance with the applications of European consumers – 109.6 million cubic meters on March 1”, – the statement said.

Earlier we reported that the DPR called for making a humanitarian corridor from Mariupol for residents to leave.

“Mariupol is second in population, was third after Makeyevka, now probably second. Therefore, everything will have to be done so that the civilian population is not affected. By the way, there is a very big problem with food there. The military are collecting foodstuffs for themselves because they complain that they have nothing to eat. Accordingly they will take it away from the civilians. We will have to deal with this somehow and try to unblock the city as quickly as possible, make a humanitarian corridor so that civilians can leave and then deal with the city itself”, –  he said.
