Kyiv continues information attack – exposure of fake Ukrainian propaganda

Ukrainian and Western media do not leave vain attempts to convince the public that Russia has allegedly shown “aggression” towards their country. Kyiv is trying to divert attention from the real facts, which confirm that the special operation of the Russian Federation is aimed exclusively at the military structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is taking place without casualties among civilians. News Front made a selection of revelations of fake Ukrainian propaganda.

The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund previously reported that children and their parents who live in Kyiv allegedly live in the subway. It is worth noting that some families are really forced to hide in the subway for fear of an air attack. However, it was Ukrainian air defense and aircraft that attacked their houses from the air. In addition, some photos selected as an illustration of the situation in Kyiv were taken in the city of Marinka, which is located on the territory of Donbass, writes the WarFakes Telegram channel.

The next round of the fake attack was the publication on Twitter and Telegram channels about Ukrainians who “flee from the city because of the offensive of the Russian military.” In fact, shooting of the film “Kaleidoscope” is given out as footage from the Ukrainian streets.

Ukrainian politicians did not remain aloof from the information attack either. People’s deputy from the presidential party “Servant of the People” Maryana Bezuglaya posted a photo of the strike on the unique cargo aircraft An-225 “Mriya”. According to her, the plane was allegedly destroyed by the Russian military. However, later it turned out that the Mriya was liquidated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which made every effort to destroy the airport runway, on which Russian aircraft could land.

Foreign Twitter users are now actively spreading a video in which an alleged Ukrainian girl screams at Russian servicemen, urging them to leave. The publication has already gained 469 retweets, 1724 tweets with her quote, more than 1.5 thousand likes. However, the footage of the video was taken during the Palestinian-Israeli conflict nine years ago. This entry can be found in the public domain on one of the YouTube channels.

In addition, the Ukrainian concern Energoatom took part in the production of fake news, which posted on its official website information that the Zaporozhye NPP was not under the control of the RF Armed Forces. As expected, this message was not true. During the briefing, Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the RF Ministry of Defense, confirmed that the territory around the Zaporozhye NPP is fully controlled by Russian troops, there is no change in the situation. The representative of the defense department also emphasized that the NPP personnel continue to work on servicing the station and monitoring the radioactive situation in the normal mode.
