DPR People’s Militia says they are ready to resolve the issue of liberation of Mariupol from the Nazis through negotiations

The city of Mariupol, on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic still occupied by the Ukrainian Nazis, is being liberated through negotiations.

This was told by the official representative of the People’s Militia of the DPR, Eduard Basurin. This decision was made to avoid a large number of victims. Especially among the civilian population. Earlier there were reports that the Nazis were mining the city, seizing residential areas and not releasing civilians. They, in fact, were held hostage by them.

“The issue of liberating Mariupol will be resolved through negotiations in order to avoid big casualties,” Basurin said.

Mariupol is already surrounded by the forces of the People’s Militia of the DPR and the Nazis have nowhere to run. However, peace negotiations will be the best way out of this situation: they will save the lives of the civilian population and urban infrastructure.
