Russian delegation arrives in Belarus for talks with the Ukrainian side

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian delegation arrived in Belarus for talks with the Ukrainian side.

“In accordance with the agreement reached, a Russian delegation consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and other departments, including the presidential administration, arrived in Belarus for negotiations with the Ukrainians,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

According to Peskov, the Russian side is ready to start these negotiations in Gomel. Recall that the special military operation of Russia to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine has been going on since February 24. On Friday, the movement of troops was suspended in anticipation of the start of the negotiation process with Kiev, but due to the refusal of the Ukrainian side, the special operation continued on Saturday.

As News Front previously reported, a motor rally took place on the streets of Belgrade in support of the special operation of the Russian Federation Armed Forces to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine.
