DPR air defence intercepts two Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles

On Saturday morning, February 26, DPR air defence forces intercepted two Tochka-U missiles fired by Ukrainian punitive forces at the Republic. The missiles did not go off, but a number of buildings were damaged, the DPR Territorial Defence Headquarters reported

“In the early hours of February 26, air defence forces intercepted two Tochka-U missiles in the DPR. Both missiles of the tactical-missile system failed to fire. As a result, residential houses and outbuildings were damaged. There was also multiple damage due to debris from the missile to adjacent households,” the statement said.
