The video shows that an AFU shell hit school #50 in the city. Its explosion killed two female teachers, the shelling was targeted.
Recall that Ukrainian fascists are deliberately firing at socially important facilities in the republic. Their goal is to cause damage to the DNR infrastructure and civilians.
