According to media reports, they will go to Ukraine to participate in a Russian special operation.

“I would like to take this opportunity to give advice to the current president Zelensky, before he becomes the ex-president of Ukraine, to call our commander-in-chief, President Vladimir Vladimirovich, and apologize.”
