FSB announces shelling of border checkpoint in the Kursk region

From the side of Ukraine, the Tetkino border checkpoint in the Kursk region was fired upon – no one was injured, and the firing point was suppressed by return fire, the FSB of the Russian Federation reported on Thursday.

“On the shelling of the Russian checkpoint: on February 24, at about 9.40 am, from the side of Ukraine, the Tetkino checkpoint of the Border Directorate of the FSB of Russia in the Kursk region was shelled. There were no casualties. The firing point was suppressed by response fire from Russian border guards,” the release says.
