The representative office of the LPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime (JCCC) reported that another explosion had occurred in the capital of the republic.
“There has been another terrorist attack in Lugansk. At 04:15 an explosion thundered near the trolleybus depot”, the LPR representative office in the JCCC reported in its Telegram channel.
It is noted that operational services and law enforcement officers are currently working at the scene.
As previously reported, on the evening of February 21, an explosion occurred in the parking lot near the building of the LPR representative office in the JCCC in Lugansk. It is worth noting that the representative office is located just a kilometer from the government house. As a result of the attack, the head of the representative office and the driver were injured.
In addition, on the night of February 23, an explosion occurred in Donetsk near the four-story building of the editorial building of the television center in the Leninsky district.
